At mars by GHC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
